TRIBUNKALTIM.CO – Some car owners think fill gas on at night better than midday.
Fill gas at night can be trusted to get a debit fuel which is fuller than midday.
So, is that assumption really true?
Head of Affiliation of the Oil and Gas Institution (Lemigas), Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Reza Sukaraharja denies this assumption.
“Well midday or at night it makes no difference,” he said.
“This is a mistake by car owners who think fuel evaporates quickly when hot midday,” he continued.
According to Reza, the charging system fuel gas stations have been designed to prevent evaporation.
Like a storage tank fuel made with special materials according to international homologation.
As well as storage locations that are taken into account in terms of depth and position.
“So that the fuel temperature is consistent, it is not affected by changes in air temperature,” explained Reza.

“Pump fuel The pressure has been regulated so that it can quickly enter the tank,” explained Reza.
“So fuel did not have time to come into contact with the outside air, there was no evaporation,” he continued.
