Working with the grader is very simple. In the first step, it is necessary to enter basic parameters, such as the amount of consumption, the required type of contractual obligation, etc. Subsequently, according to the individually entered parameters, an overview of the most suitable available services for specific users is displayed.

Individual companies can use this web tool to check how competitive their offer is with other service providers. “The goal of the comparison tool is therefore also a more dynamic development of the electronic communications market through the pressure of informed consumers on service providers,” added Meravá.

“Clear information on the parameters and prices of services must be entered into the comparator directly by the providers of these services – operators or entrepreneurs. And they also guarantee their accuracy. The service is free and non-commercial, “stated Meravá.

She also reminded that the tool was created on the basis of the obligation imposed by the CTU on the new Act on Electronic Communications.
