There are only a few hours left for the long-awaited final battle of Exatlon USA’s fifth season. On Sunday August 22, it was at the Fuego circuit, precisely where it all started on January 26, that the remaining athletes fought with all their might to stay in the grand final which will take place on Monday August 23, at from 7pm / 6pm downtown on Telemundo, in a three and a half hour special that promises to be loaded with all the emotions that the “fiercest competition on the planet” has already accustomed us to.
The emotions were not lacking in the day of August 22, when the first to rank were curiously two athletes who returned from previous seasons to “complete the course” they had pending. It was Norma Palafox and “El Vaquero” Kelvin Noé Renteria, who assured commentator Chelly Cantú that they felt “very happy and grateful” for this second opportunity which they undoubtedly took advantage of.

On the men’s side, Andoni García and Jeyvier Cintrón, during the Contendientes and Famosos teams, respectively, contested the direct permanence to face on August 23 against Vaquero Renteria on the final night.
