The current vice-champion of the Northeast Cup and Ceará Championship will enter the field in search of rehabilitation in the national competition. In the eight games playing in their domains, they suffered only one defeat, won five and drew two duels. In addition, one of the successes achieved was against Atlético Mineiro, leader of Brasileirão. On June 24, Vozão defeated Galo 2-1 at Castelão, in a match valid for the sixth round.

Flamengo, on the other hand, has been packed after classification with elastic victory last Wednesday (18), when they beat Paraguayan Olimpia by 5-1 at Mané Garrincha stadium, in Brasília. This result ensured the Rio de Janeiro club in the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores da América.

Outside the home, the red-blacks have an irregular performance. In the five matches played as a visitor, they won three and lost on two occasions.
