Where to see Sinner Lehecka at ATP Beijing: time and where to watch on TV

In the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 tournament in Beijing, Jannik Sinner faces Jiri Lehecka, n. 37 in the world (it was 23 in January, ndr), who defeated the Spaniards Martinez and Bautista Agut in the previous two rounds. The 22-year-old Czech returned a month ago after being forced to miss the Slam trials at Roland Garros and Wimbledon due to a stress fracture in his back suffered during the semi-final with Auger-Aliassime at the Masters 1000 in Madrid in April. The South Tyrolean, who learned last Saturday that he would have to wait until February before being able to definitively close the affair relating to Clostebol, is called upon to raise his level of play after the painful comeback successes with Jarry and Safiullin.

On the pitch at 1pm, Sinner won the only previous match

The organizers have scheduled the match for the evening, on the second most important pitch, the ‘Lotus’. The challenge will not start before 7pm local time, i.e. 1pm Italian time. There is only one precedent between the two: a few months ago in the quarterfinals of the Masters 1000 in Indian Wells the n. 1 won with a double 6-3. Before Sinner, two other Italians will take the field: around 9, on the same field, Jasmine Paolini, n. 3, who will compete in the women’s singles with the Polish Magda Linette, seeded no. 31, then around 11, on the ‘Moon’, Flavio Cobolli will try to make life difficult for Daniil Medvedev.
