Taking into account that donating blood is an act that must be carried out constantly to contribute to the stock required in the services, donors are reminded that they can not only extend their arms for this act of solidarity from Monday to Friday, but also on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Solidarity people can go to the Censsa, located on Gral. Santos c/ Herminio Giménez (next to the Trauma Hospital), Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. They can also do so at the National Institute of Cardiology, on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Likewise, at the Center for Blood Production and Cellular Therapy of the Social Welfare Institute on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Similarly, the San Lorenzo Transfusion Medicine Unit is open on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the Capiatá Transfusion Medicine Unit is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. also on Saturdays.

As for the interior of the country, there are several establishments set up for the occasion, such as the Pedro Juan Caballero Producer Center on Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by prior arrangement. While at the Coronel Oviedo Transfusion Medicine Unit, people can come on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In Ciudad del Este, the Casa del Donante Blood Center is open on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and in San Ignacio, the Transfusion Medicine Unit is open on Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In the case of the Pilar Transfusion Medicine Unit, they are open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

While on working days of the week, people can go to the Casa del Donante (Avda. España 2210 c/ América) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to the Censsa from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Homocentro del Hospital de Clínicas, the IPS Blood Production and Cellular Therapy Center, as well as another hospital that has a blood service.
