“Loss of control” in Nauheim
You won’t find the classic Top 40 program if you lose control. The five-piece band stages contrasts and digs out almost forgotten catchy tunes. Two albums have been created since 2020. Anniversary music with delay
The Darmstadt court composer Johann Christian Heinrich Rinck was born 251 years ago. Actually, his birthday should have been celebrated in a big way last year – now Mainz music students are paying tribute to the Darmstadt composer at the start of the organ weeks in the Catholic inner city church of St. Ludwig. On Sunday, August 29th, starting at 4.30 p.m., they will be performing pieces by Rinck on the Winterhalter organ, which they have also recorded for a double CD.
Konstantin Wecker in Michelstadt
For his performance on Saturday, August 28th, at 8 pm at the “Playground of Cultures” on the stage at the Michelstädter Ponyhof, the great songwriter has brought reinforcements with him: Fany Kammerlander (cello) and Jo Barnikel (piano) together form the “Konstantin Wecker Trio ”, and together they stand for a musical-poetic program full of anger and tenderness, mysticism and resistance. Party in Georgenhausen
“The party band from Untermain” F (r) eier Fall will be a guest at the Georgenhausen Leisure Center on Saturday, August 28th. You are playing in favor of aid to flood victims. The guests are assigned seats, eight people can fit in a marquee set. Groups who want to sit together come to the entrance together. Mountain bike day in Fürth
The municipality of Fürth is once again organizing the mountain bike day in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region with the Sparkassenstiftung Starkenburg. The cycle will take place on Saturday, August 28th. Online registrations are possible until Friday, August 27th, 11 a.m. The fee is 5 euros. Registrations are possible on site on the day of the event, the cost is 8 euros. You can choose between long-distance, short-distance and trail tours. There is also a driving technique course.
