Where is my body ?, a new Game Boy game funded by Kickstarter

With the explosion of the independent market over the past fifteen years, more and more aspiring creators want to embark on the adventure. This is greatly helped by crowdfunding platforms, which allow those who best sell their products to the community to get rid of worrying about the cost of their project, however ambitious it may be. Only while some develop for current machines and PC, others return to their first love.

A new Game Boy game in 2020?

Like Xeno Crisis, which we were telling you about three years, Where is my Body? is a project that does not lack ambition, but whose idea is not to invest in current machines. Lovers of the (or, if you prefer) Game Boy, Dana Puch and his studio Greenboy Games have decided to develop it a new game. And in addition, un Point’n’Click, genre excessively little represented on portable media, even less on those of the last century that goes without saying.

Like almost any indie project in 2020, Where is my Body? went through the crowdfunding box, via a page Kickstarter which is still open to this day. The good news is that this one succeeded in achieving its goal. The icing on the cake is that in addition to a digital version, the title will also be released in physics, in cartridge, as at the time. To provide it, you must go through Kickstarter or Indiegogo, and pay a total of 35 euros, against 5 for the simple rom.

Where is my Body? will be released at the end of 2020, on Game Boy first of the name!
