The simple gesture of opening a tap at home has many processes behind it, which we uncovered during the visit to the Santiago de Compostela water treatment plant, located on the Tambre river. Diana Peleteiro, Head of the Drinking Water Station in the capital of Galicia, tells us from where it is captured and from where it is released into our homes.
