The charismatic French actor Gerard Depardieu officially has four children from different women. Unfortunately, the eldest heir Guillaume lived to be only 37 years old. His life could have turned out differently, because he showed great promise in the cinema.
Guillaume had every chance of becoming a world-class star, because he inherited from his father not only talent, but also recognizable facial features. There is no doubt that today the actor would look like a copy of Gerard Depardieu – the same nose, the same hair, eyes and lips.
However, Guillaume was not destined to achieve career success, although he started brilliantly. The aspiring actor starred in the film “The Disciples” and received the “Cesar” award. He later appeared in the films The Count of Monte Cristo and Les Misérables with his father.
At first everything went fine, but Guillaume’s uncontrollable character played a cruel joke on him. The actor got into criminal stories, broke the law and drank alcohol. Once he had an accident, after which he recovered for a long time. This greatly broke Guillaume, he fell into a prolonged depression and became addicted to illegal substances. Depardieu’s son died at the age of 37 due to pneumonia. He was never able to reveal his talent and declare himself in the cinema.
