Brussels top chef David Martin cooks with cannabis. He doesn’t do that in his two-star restaurant La Paix, but he does at his home for a number of guests. Because the federal food agency does not allow you to sell foods with cannabis. Martin works with the hemp plant, the seeds and the cannabis oil. “This plant is no more dangerous than a basil plant,” he tells VTM NIEUWS.
