Since Friday 30 July you can watch the film Jungle Cruise watch via VIP access on the Disney+ streaming service. Today we will tell you from when you can also stream the film ‘for free’, provided you have a subscription.
Streaming service Disney+ currently offers you early access to cinema film Jungle Cruise. If you pay 21.99 euros, you can already see the film on the service. If you have a little patience and want to wait, you can still see it for free this year if you subscribe to Disney+.
From when then?
Disney has announced that Jungle Cruise, the new movie with Dwayne Johnson in Emily Blunt, from Friday 12 November is free to stream for subscribers.
That means you have to wait a little longer than usual for the free release. Usually there are 90 days between a premiere on Disney+ via VIP access and the ‘regular’ streaming release. In this case you have to wait an extra two weeks.
In Jungle Cruise we follow riverboat captain Frank and the scientist Lily. They set out on a dangerous expedition in the Amazon in search of the Tree of Life. But are hot on his heels by an army of German freight forwarders who want to find him too.
on RottenTomatoes the film is well received. He scores 63% with the critics and much better with the public (91%). The consensus among critics: “The movie isn’t quite as good as the classic adventures it takes inspiration from, but Jungle Cruise remains a fun, family-friendly journey.”
