KYIV, KOMPAS.com – An image showing the contact information of one family Ukraine written on their child’s body went viral.
The image was uploaded to Instagram over the weekend by the child’s mother, Sasha Makoviy.

Anastasiia Lapatina, a journalist The Kyiv Independentthen re-upload that heartbreaking image to Twitter.
“(I) signaled (my daughter) if something happened to us,” Makoviy wrote in the caption of his upload as reported by Newsweek on Tuesday (5/4/2022).
“Then a crazy thought crossed (my) mind—’Why don’t I tattoo him with this information?'” he added.
Before Russia launching a full-scale attack on Ukraine, Makoviy and his family live in downtown Kyiv, according to Today.
The family had left the city, but before they left, Makoviy wrote identifying information on his daughter’s back with a permanent marker.

“I’m trying to imagine if something happened to me and his dad, (and) there wouldn’t be any information for him,” Makoviy told Today.
“Who will take care of him if he survives? And I really want my son to know who he is. So maybe someone can link him up with some relatives.”
Makoviy also created a contact card for his daughter, which, according to Today, contained information on her daughter’s grandparents.
