Opinion is good, informed opinion is better

Freedom of expression is a valuable asset. Of course, you can assume that this construction site is being messed up from start to finish. You can dislike the architecture, the color of the brick, the pricing. The whole project because it cheekily serves the sole purpose of an entrepreneur to make money.

Facebook comments, especially factual ones, are always welcome

But if you want to make a constructive contribution to a debate, gut feeling is only of limited use as expertise. Then your comment “These rental prices are extortionate to say the least” needs some fact-based substance. In the article, the entrepreneur is happy to provide this himself with his comprehensible calculation.
