Ariadna Montiel, head of the Welfare Secretariat, announced that starting this Monday, September 2, pension payments will begin, which in addition to senior citizens, include people with disabilities and working mothers.

- Monday, September 2: People whose last name begins with the letter A.
- Tuesday, September 3: People whose last name begins with the letter B.
- Wednesday, September 4: Those whose last name begins with the letter C.
- Thursday, September 5: Those whose last name begins with the letter D.
- Friday, September 6: People whose last name begins with the letters D, E, F.
- Saturday, September 7 and Monday, September 9: People whose last name begins with the letter G.
- Tuesday, September 10: Those whose last name begins with the letters H, I, J, K.
- Wednesday, September 11: Those whose last name begins with the letter L.
- Thursday 12th and Friday 13th September: People whose last name begins with the line M.

The Welfare Pension payment calendar indicates that deposits to senior citizens will be suspended on Sundays and also on two holidays corresponding to September 15 and 16.
Senior citizens receive a bi-monthly deposit of 6 thousand pesos because the amount of the Welfare Pension increased as of this year and it is a support provided by the government to be used to purchase food, medicine, among others.

Registration for the Senior Citizens Pension is for those who are 65 years old or older and must go to the module closest to their home, whose address can be found on the Welfare Secretariat website.
