When coupés massacred hearts

WILL THEY COME BACK IN FASHION? – Mostly the prerogative of luxury brands, today they are reduced to a bare minimum and within the reach of a few. But in the 90s the coupé they met a real one golden ageproposed with enthusiasm by generalist manufacturers who, in that type of car, had identified the ideal recipe to refresh their image and demonstrate their ability to build not only economical small cars and honest family cars, but also delicious cars with a sporty look, with a personal style and sometimes technologically advanced. They will return, those times when the passion and the playful aspect constituted an important element in choosing a car? Never say never, also because, if it ever catches on, the electric should encourage greater diversification in terms of style. But times seem to have changed and a comeback for coupés is anything but a given. We’ll see, but in the meantime, let’s rediscover together some of the cars that, just a few decades ago, represented the culmination of the concept of sports “for everyone”.
