There are at least 4 political parties supporting the government who defend President Jokowi.
Cak Nun is known to believe that Indonesia can surpass superpower countries such as the United States and Russia. However, according to Cak Nun, the current President of the Republic of Indonesia is not right.
“O America, O Russia, O all countries that feel strong and superpower, don’t think you are really in power because we are a nation with civilization with a time scale of 18 generations,” said Cak Nun at the PDIP event, Sunday (10/4/2022). ).
“So our knowledge, our management will far exceed all of you. Only now is not the right president. Don’t be angry,” he added.
Cak Nun also hopes that in the 2024 democratic party there will be a leader who brings new awareness. He presupposes a great revolution which brings new consciousness.
“I want tomorrow morning, before and after 2024, we will experience a big revolution from within us. Not a revolution to overthrow the president and rulers,” said Cak Nun.
“The revolution will be led by the president and other elders. They will lead the new consciousness. They will lead the new birth of Indonesia,” he continued.
Cak Nun’s statement above was later responded by political parties supporting the government. The political parties that responded were PAN, PPP, PKB and NasDem.
– PAN: Cak Nun Cinta Jokowi
The National Mandate Party (PAN) considers Cak Nun’s assessment of the current president to be inappropriate as a form of affection for Jokowi. PAN considers the Cak Nun Islamic movement to be a substantive Islamic movement, which does not abandon the historical and cultural values of the community.
“Cak Nun is an idealist. That’s why his perspective and thinking are more ideally oriented,” said PAN spokesman Viva Yoga Mauladi to reporters, Monday (11/4).
Therefore, according to Viva, Cak Nun wants an ideal president. You could say, like a demigod, magic mandraguna.
“I think that Cak Nun’s criticism of President Jokowi is not because of dislike or hatred, but because of Cak Nun’s love for Pak Jokowi,” said the PAN vice president.
– PPP: Jokowi is not a god
The United Development Party (PPP) has openly defended President Jokowi, who is the president of the people’s choice. The proof is that Jokowi can be elected as President of the Republic of Indonesia twice.
“Whatever the label, President Jokowi is the president wanted by the Indonesian people. It is proven that he won the election contestation twice,” said PPP DPP chairman Achmad Baidowi or Awiek to reporters, Monday (11/4).
The member of the DPR RI reminded that every human being must have shortcomings, including Jokowi. That’s why Jokowi also has assistants to perfect state affairs.
“Of course every human being has imperfections, there are shortcomings, because the affairs of the state are not completed by a president, because the president is not a god. The president is an ordinary creature who happens to have an inherent mandate,” said Awiek.
