Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) shares were recently hit by a sell-off. Even so, there are still a number of parties making this trend a rallying opportunity.
In the disclosure of information, Viviana Dyah Ayu RK and Amam Sukriyanto are known to each add 50,000 shares.
Viviana Dyah made two transactions. In the first transaction, there were 35,000 shares with a purchase price of IDR 4,650 per share and in the second transaction, 15,000 shares with a purchase price of IDR 4,430 per share.
Viviana Dyah purchased shares on January 5 and January 10, 2023. Through this transaction, her ownership stake also increased from 996,200 shares to 1,046,200 shares.
Meanwhile, Aman Sukriyanto also took additional action with details of buying 50,000 shares at Rp 4,650 per share. The purchase transaction date is January 5, 2023.
Due to the purchase of these shares, Aman Sukriyanto now owns 1,060,154 shares of BBRI before the transaction of 1,010,154 shares. The purpose of the purchase of the shares by the two Directors of BBRI was investment with direct ownership of the shares.
