MIAMI – Telemundo y Billboard announced this Tuesday the 2024 edition of the Billboard Latin Music AwardsThe prestigious event will take place in Miami, Florida and will be broadcast on Sunday, October 20 at 9pm/8c.
The long-awaited announcement of the finalists will be held on Thursday, September 12, at 10:00 am ET on Telemundo.com. Telemundo’s morning show Todaythe popular afternoon shows At Home with Telemundo y The Hot Tablethe news magazine Red Hot and newscasts will feature artist reactions and interviews as well as special coverage surrounding the announcement of the finalists.
Produced and broadcast by Telemundo, the Billboard Latin Music Awards They are the only ones to honor the most popular albums, songs and performers in Latin music, according to Billboard’s renowned weekly charts.
This year’s finalists will be recognized in a wide variety of categories including “Top Latin Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Hot Latin Song of the Year, Tour of the Year and Songwriter of the Yearamong others. The star-studded awards show will feature electrifying performances from today’s hottest artists. Finalists and eventual winners are determined based on their performance on the Billboard Album and Song charts from August 19, 2023, through September 7, 2024.
