Ingredients and preparation
This very particular cream allows you to soothe muscle pain and more. In case of heaviness in the feet and at legs this is particularly suitable. Summer is the ideal time to take advantage of it, as it also gives a sense of lightness to the lower limbs. We are referring to camphor cream.
The ingredients to create this miracle cream are:
- 80 gr of arnica oil in grape seed oil;
- 12 gr of soy wax;
- 35 drops of camphor essential oil;
- 35 drops of lavender essential oil.
The preparation of this miracle cream is very simple and fast.
Take a saucepan and heat the wax and arnica oil together, as soon as the wax has melted, add the drops of essential oil. We can add them directly together, mix for at least 5 minutes so as to make the mixture homogeneous.
storage
Once the mixture is homogeneous, we can transfer it to some glass jars. We wait for it to cool completely before using it, so we recommend doing it a day or two after preparing it.
This cream, if well preserved, can be used for about two years, so we recommend storing it in a cool and dry place.
