As you can see in the photo above, the packaging was slightly bent, but this does not always mean that the computer itself is damaged. However, it soon turned out that the equipment was completely destroyed and unusable.

The biggest mistake that was pointed out by Twitter users was when Tom picked up the package. According to the law, if the addressee has arrived in a damaged package and he suspects that the contents may have been damaged, he may refuse to accept it. Another solution is to open the package in the presence of the courier and draw up a protocol on the basis of which you can apply for a complaint.

Unfortunately, as we can find out, Tom opened the package only after receiving it. In this case, it remains to be hoped that the application for a complaint will be considered positively.
