National wheelchair basketball pools have been renamed by the FFBB. National A, which will now be played without the Metz Red Dragons, is now called Elite Nationale Bastide Médical. Then comes Nationale1 MMO, Nationale 2 and, on the last level, Nationale 3, the floor where Jarny’s Phénixes will always prevail.
Nothing will change as far as the workforce is concerned either, as Lionel Baldin sets out for a ride with Kheli Maache, Gilles Ferri, Maxence Muller, Jérémie Louis, René Louis, the dean (70), and Johan Albertini, injured for the era but hopes to be present for healing on 9 October. Occasion of the calendar, the Jarnysiens will face Thionville, on October 9 at the opening, but the concept of derby must be put into perspective because the Thionvillois have joined their destiny to that of Charleville-Mézières. In this group B, with one more team than last season, we will find Astres Strasbourg, Strasbourg 2, Mulhouse, Vandoeuvre 2 and the two new ones: Auxerre and Dijon 2.
