WhatsApp would add the reels in its next update.
In the style of Instagram, WhatsApp would also include ‘reels’ in its next update. The ‘reels’ are short videos, maximum 30 seconds, that users share on Instagram.
According to the information released in a specialized portal, the short videos that are published on Instagram would be compatible with WhatsApp.
Likewise, the portal mentioned that the company is working on this new function, which would arrive this year between one of its updates.
Although no details have been revealed about this function or how the reels will be linked, several specialized portals say that they could be shared through the states.
On the subject, Instagram announced to its followers in recent days that it will block reels that have the TikTok watermark and in turn those videos that have low quality, something that for experts was a matter of time before it happened.
Instagram indicated through a statement: “We’ve heard that low-quality video reels or content that is visibly recycled from other apps makes the reel experience less satisfying.
Therefore, we are making this content less visible in the reels tab ”.
