WhatsApp, the world’s most popular instant messaging application, is gradually ending its support for older phones.
The company, which previously stopped supporting phones running Android 4.1 and iOS 10, will stop supporting some models starting in the new year.
Recently, the company responsible for WhatsApp, Meta, announced that the messaging application will stop working on some devices.
PHONES THAT DO NOT SUPPORT WHATSAPP
Many devices, including the era-defining iPhone 6 series, will say goodbye to messaging apps.
The models in the list below will not be able to use WhatsApp after December 31, 2022. You will need a newer phone to be able to use the messaging app again.
