WhatsApp Wants to Bring the Two-step Verification Feature to Desktop and Web Versions

Well, since WhatsApp is still setting up multi-device support functionality, users will be able to access the app from the desktop or the web without needing a phone nearby.

Keeping that in mind, adding security features two-step verification will help users get extra protection.

“When there is a WhatsApp account registration, after entering the 6-digit code, a personal PIN will be asked to enter the WhatsApp account. WhatsApp wants to make management easier two-step verification, anywhere.
