jpnn.com – WhatsApp users on the iPhone can no longer use the feature that automatically saves sent media as “scattered messages”.

“Scatter messages” are messages that a user can send, but that can disappear within a specified time after the recipient opens the message.

Usually, this feature automatically saves open picture or video messages to iPhone gallery.

However, with the latest WhatsApp update, images or videos can be set after sending them with “Scattered Messages” so that they are no longer saved automatically.

The “Save to Camera Roll” option is now automatically disabled to get rid of the chat.

Images, videos, and GIFs will not save even if the normal auto-save setting is enabled.

This was due to fears that the previous feature had removed the “Scattered Messages” summary by focusing on privacy.

If you really want to save photos or videos, users can manually save them or take screenshots.
