WhatsApp Trials New Design of Media Sharing on Android

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – WhatsApp scroll update for users who are registered with the Beta program. With this update, WhatsApp is testing a new, neater layout for the media sharing menu.

The update that was rolled out was version 2.21.5.4 for the application WhatsApp on Android.

Quoting Gizchina, Sunday (28/2/2021), through this updated version WhatsApp began testing a small change in the screen layout for sending files. For example, for sending photos, videos and GIFs.

These changes have not been released for WhatsApp public version, but has been seen in the latest version of the application.

The changes are minimal, namely in the footer display of the media editing screen.

In a screenshot, in the new layout, the area for inserting text is now in the shape of an oval ‘balloon’. Also, the icon for inserting more media files is now in this ‘balloon’.
