I have had an S20 for half a year now and since then have received no or only sporadic information about the receipt of WhatsApp and Signal messages. Only when I open the app does the sound sound and an info appears in the upper notification bar. However, sometimes it works correctly. The battery optimizations are off. Before I have the device repaired and then reverse the process, because of the significant deficiency, I wanted to ask if there are any other options.
One wonders why the device with all these “optimizations” still only lasts half as long as my Sony XZ Premium (I’ll definitely switch back to Sony, absolutely bad buy the S20). Even with HD resolution without 120hz and little use, the battery is empty after a day. Sony, however, 2 days. The S20 simply pulls 10% overnight, but you still don’t get any messages. Very funny the whole thing.
