Announced a few months ago, WhatsApp has released, in the last few hours, an important update to the application. From now on, all users have the option to hide their “online” status.
In addition, other innovations implemented by the platform are the ability to make video calls up to 32 participants and create groups of up to 1024 users. In some countries, the “Community” tool is also available in the app.
To change the settings and hide the “online” status, the user must log in Account > Privacy > Last seen and online > choose who can see.
It is possible to hide my contacts and my contacts except for everyone, nobody. The feature has already been introduced to some users, but it’s only now official.
