I still have the problem that WhatsApp has no sound for new messages! Everything is set up correctly, several devices have the same problem, if I use the device the notifications come with sound, if it has been on the table for a while and hasn’t been used then the notifications only come when I turn on the screen! Does anyone know what I need to change to make it work? I am desperate. Motorola Moto G60s and Galaxy M20 and M21 and ZTE Blade V2020Smart all the same: no sound when receiving messages from WhatsApp.
