WhatsApp launched the ability to react to messages with emojis

O WhatsApp today released its latest update, which will allow application users to react with emojis to messages sent by friends in individual and group chats.

In addition to this capability (already present in Messenger and Twitter’s private messaging area), users will also be able to exchange files with a size of up to 2GB – significantly more than the 100MB that was possible until then.

The company responsible for WhatsApp, Meta, said that it expects this update to be available to all users of the messaging application within a week. In this way, even if the update has already been released, it should take a while to reach all users.
