Surabaya – WhatsApp now has a new feature. WhatsApp now allows users to record and send video clips directly within the app.
This video message has a duration of up to 60 seconds and of course WhatsApp also protects the video message with an end-to-end encryption service.

Meta revealed that this new feature would be similar to sending voice messages on WhatsApp, the method is the same where users can record videos hands-free.
Meta says that this new update has already started rolling out in the app and will be available to everyone in the next few weeks.
Earlier this year, WhatsApp rolled out an update that will allow users to edit messages within the app as long as they are within 15 minutes of sending.
This latest product update for WhatsApp comes after a better-than-expected earnings report from Meta. The company said its revenue jumped 11% year-over-year to $32 billion for the quarter ending in June.
Because CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s year of efficiency seems to be paying off for the social media giant. After a rocky 2022, Meta stock is now surging more than 150% in 2023.
