HOLOPIS.COM, JAKARTA – WhatsApp is back with a new feature, this time there are 2 (two) features namely Silence Unknown Callers and Push name within the chat list.
Both of these features are presented, to improve the user experience. quoted Holopis.com from WABetaInfoThursday (16/3), this feature will be released in the near future.
As WABetaInfo pointed out, features Silence Unknown Callers allows WhatsApp users to mute calls with unknown numbers.
How to activate it, first enter the settings and select activate the feature. If it is already on, calls from unknown numbers will always be muted.
However, the call still appears in the call list and notification center. This feature also functions to significantly reduce spam calls.
Then, for features Push name within the chat list WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.23.5.12 is now available.
This feature works, it displays the name instead of the phone number in the chat list when the user receives a message from an unknown contact in a group chat.
Push name within the chat list this, is especially useful in large group chats where it is difficult to identify unknown group members.
So, users can easily find out who an unknown contact is without having to save the number as a new contact.
