Whatsapp, how to understand if a user has blocked you and if you are therefore a victim of the famous “ghosting” that is talked about so much.
It would be very difficult to imagine a day today without Whatsapp. The platform with green and white colors, in fact, is a leader in the sector in terms of messaging. The platform, founded in 2009, was bought a few years ago by the very wealthy Mark Zuckerberg, which has further increased its status worldwide. The development team has grown and, after some initial bugs, we now have one of the most reliable and accurate instant messaging apps on the planet on our devices. Whatsapp has also grown, in update after update, implementing functions for which even today someone, perhaps a little later in the years, is amazed. Just think of voice calls, voice messages, video calls. Unfortunately, however, communication between two individuals does not always proceed in a clear and continuous way.

Whatsapp, how to understand if they have blocked you and what is ghosting
Sometimes talking to someone just isn’t the most pleasant thing in the world, and so we decide to block it on Whatsapp. Maybe an ex that we no longer want in our life, a stranger who has somehow recovered our number, a friend with whom we no longer have anything in common. But how do you know if you have been blocked, that is, if you are the protagonists of what is defined as ghosting? These are the three parameters, if all three are true then the other person has blocked us and we will no longer be able to contact them, at least not via Whatsapp.
- The profile picture of the person we chat with disappears.
- It is no longer visible the last time it was online
- The messages we send have only one gray check, because they will never reach their destination
