According to information from the specialized site WABetaInfoan update, tested in closed beta on iOS, allows select a deadline or a specific date after which the deletion of the group will be proposed to you. You can then validate or refuse it, without the other members of the group being notified.
To start the countdown, simply open the same pane as the one containing the ephemeral messages for the management of your group and to select the option named “expire groups”. The principle will then be the same as for the ephemeral option, with several possible activation durations, such as 24h, a week or a custom date to be entered manually. The expiry can also be cancelled.
The modification of the messages sent in test
