Yesterday morning WhatsApp released a new update that at the same time changed the app usage policies. Upon opening the service after said update, users were greeted with a message informing about the new terms and conditions, and while hardly anyone read them surely, they should be concerned.
In case you didn’t know, WhatsApp is part of the same network as Facebook and Instagram, and what these new terms advise is that all of your personal information may be shared with third parties. This includes phone number, personal details, and how you interact with your other contacts.
