WhatsApp for iOS is experimenting with a redesign of voice calling

It’s been a while since WhatsApp improved the voice calling experience in its app. The new beta release indicates that the company is planning a revamped user interface for future updates.

As I mentioned WABetaInfoVersion 22.5.0.70 has a new interface when making voice calls. This redesign is rolling out to some beta testers. As you can see in the screenshot below, WhatsApp improves its interface when you make a group call.

What’s interesting is that the app recently launched a visual waveform for voicemail and is now planning to bring a real-time audio waveform for calls as well. Using it, you will be able to find out exactly who is speaking or who should not have the microphone turned on.

WABetaInfo He also said that WhatsApp brings wallpapers for voice calls, although it can’t be modified at this time.

last December, 9to5Mac This has been reported WhatsApp is working on a new interface for voice calls. This new look is still in development.

WhatsApp redesigned the interface for future updates to be more concise and modern, and to organize the available space: the new redesign will look great especially during group voice calls.

Not only that, WhatsApp also works on end-to-end encryption indicators. As you probably know, it’s been a few years since all messages in the app were end-to-end encrypted. With this in mind, the team behind WhatsApp has decided to introduce a new visual add-on so you can know for sure that whatever you say is between you and the people of your choice.
