My question relates to whether the whole thing is really possible with any programs or not.
A friend of mine claims that he can read or hack WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other messengers if he wants to. Do any of you know of such a program and do I have to worry or is it just superstition?
Is it even possible to hack WhatsApp and the like? Is he doing this on WhatsApp Web? Can you do this on every smartphone or can you read every mobile phone? How secure are my accounts? I am not very interested in someone joining mine or a third person reading along. I would be interested, because many providers like WhatsApp certainly advertise, but according to my research so far, at least the whole thing does not seem impossible.
Hacking a cell phone is at least not possible without access, but very difficult or am I wrong? I would find it really scary if he could just spy on me.
