According to the EU Commission, the messenger service WhatsApp is ready to make its changed terms of use more transparent after complaints from consumer associations. The Commission, together with consumer protection authorities, had criticized the fact that the provisions had not been formulated in a clear and understandable way for WhatsApp users.
