Starting today, the Reactivar Scenes program of the National Theater Institute begins to be implemented, with two proposals for the whole family. At La Colorida (Mendoza 2,955), the puppet group La Batea, by Darío Diblassi, will offer at 6:00 pm “The lazy bee”, inspired by a story by Horacio Quiroga. An hour later, at La Gloriosa (San Luis 836) there will be the clown show “La siesta”, with Sebastián Chazarreta and Pablo Mellace. Separately, “Amor de musico”, the play by Mario Ramírez and Roberto López directed by Leandro Ortega, will visit El Cadillal tonight. At 9 pm, at the Armando Díaz Theater (on Route 347, in front of the Ramón Carrillo school) this story of friendship between two artists who are preparing to perform in a neighborhood club will be presented. At the Teatro de la Paz (July 9, 162), from 10 pm and with the promotion of two for one in tickets, “Forty-year-old on the attack” will be revived, with Leonor Monzón and direction by Sebastián Olarte. On the page of the National Cervantes Theater, meanwhile, you can see “Blizzard”, the text by David Ángel Gudiño, winner of the Nuestro Teatro contest. The show is directed by Laura Fernández and starring Mara Bestelli, Felipe Saade, Luciano Suardi and Luis Ziembrowski.

Touring the rocks
The folkloric movement of Tucumán starts early today. At noon, the Tafinando duo (Jorge Soler and Jorge Escobar -photo-) will take their popular repertoire to the Estancia Río de Arena in El Bañado, in the Calchaquíes Valleys and on Route 40. In Santa Rosa de Leales, the Peña El Aljibe (at the La Casona restaurant, on the corner of Campero and Liberani) announces Pedro and Pedro and Jorge Mil Voces Sarife for tonight from 9pm. From the same time the peñas of the Tucuman capital will open: in La Casa de Yamil (Spain 135) Franco Barrionuevo and Los Changos will perform, with the visit of the Chaco musician in his solo stage and with the compositions that for 20 years have spoken of the origins and relegated cultures; and in Malparida (Catamarca and Corrientes) Los Hilereños, Sergio González and Los Ribereños will perform.

When talking about tribute bands from Tucumán, The Worms has a prominent place with its constant tribute to Pink Floyd that tonight, from 10 pm, will be taken to Robert Nesta Club (San Martín 1,129).
Celebrating Chopin
José Daona Concert
On the YouTube channel of the University Extension Secretariat of the National University of Tucumán, the concert “Celebrating Chopin” is available, which the pianist José Daona performs in tribute to the Polish composer, who is 210 years old after his birth. “The works addressed represent peaks in the history of pianism, and mark a before and after in the technical-musical evolution”, the interpreter advances. The proposal was selected within the framework of the Impulsar Cultura University Fund program, and recorded on the stage of the Virla Cultural Center along with 29 other shows that are being uploaded to the social networks of that unit of the UNT.
