For 3 days the house of the former head of VIS-1 has been guarded by men in uniform, and he and his family have disappeared. You can’t see the black Mercedes they’re driving. The curious thing is that the patrol didn’t stop in front of his house, but in front of it, among the nearby blocks, and it’s hard to notice.
The official reason for these measures is the status of Valery Debelia as a protected witness in the case of his attempted kidnapping. On the evening of July 20, 2021, a few meters from his home in the city center, four masked armed men attempted to kidnap him.
In October of the same year, two of the attackers were identified and arrested: DD (30 years old) and PT (27 years old). They are expected to be in custody since then and it is clearly time for the case to enter the judicial phase.
Unofficially, however, the media obtained information that this reason was only a facade for a much more important testimony of the gambling kingpin. Apparently, someone in the security system doesn’t want anyone to know it’s in development because of Valerie Debelia’s testimony, and so they try to quiet her attention.
Valery Todorov is a part of the turbulent past, when the bastards did what they wanted, as the state was weak and poor. It is more than certain that he witnessed many interesting events, but at this stage it is not clear which of them he was determined to sing about.
