If investors or citizens in Berlin do not get an appointment with the office, is it not due to a lack of staff, but to duplicate processes?
Much more would be possible from the citizens’ point of view. There is no lack of people in the administration, it is just not effective. It would need other people, such as IT specialists, and more efficient structures. A uniform infrastructure would also be very important for companies and investors from outside, so that everything goes faster and is easier to see through.
