If you decide to spend your vacation by the water in the Czech Republic, wait another week. “It should be best from July 11 to 16. With a partly cloudy sky and temperatures that will climb to tropical values,” Hons added.
But the tropics will probably last only a short time in our country. Then the storms and clouds will return. Be sure to bring umbrellas and sweaters to your swimsuit on vacation. Temperatures will go down. It settles until the end of the month and the temperatures return to a pleasant 27 degrees.
The weather is also closely monitored, for example, by camp operators. “As far as tents and caravans are concerned, it’s obvious from the weather. Because people put in a lot of it,” thinks Renata Jerglová from the camp in Mělice.
According to scientists, however, we should not give much to long-term predictions anyway. “The exact estimate of the weather that there will be just such weather and precipitation on a certain day can be stated in a few days. The more we look to the future, the success rate decreases very quickly,” explained associate professor Petr Pišoft.
