What we know about the arrival of Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel in Côte-d’Or

Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron, both accompanied by their spouses, should land at Dijon-Bourgogne airport in the afternoon. They will then head towards Beaune, where they should greet residents on the Place de la Halle.

Afterwards, the two heads of state will visit the Hospices de Beaune at the end of the afternoon, before heading to the Château du Clos Vougeot for a dinner in honor of the Chancellor.

Emmanuel Macron will also present the insignia of the Grand Cross of the Legion of Honor to Angela Merkel.
