What was the argument at the session before councilor Stasik called councilor Kasprzyk “a bastard”? – Bolesławiec

Karol Stasik, reporting his concerns at the session, first concealed his wife’s identity, calling her “a person whom he fully trusts”. According to the councilor, this trusted person was to receive a reduced-value ticket from the PKS driver.

– From a person whom I fully trust, I have two pieces of information that the drivers (PKS Bolesławiec – editor’s note) do not issue tickets – he said at the session Karol Stasik. – This means the driver issues a ticket for 60 groszy, and you have to pay 4 zlotys. To the clear protest of the person who received the reduced-value ticket, the driver issued the correct ticket without discussion. It is a signal that we have to control whether the drivers are properly performing their duties – Karol Stasik turned to the starost.

Tomasz Gabrysiak, the staroste, denied the evidential value of the councilor’s speech.

“As for these tickets, it’s hard for me to relate,” he said Tomasz Gabrysiak. – I will pass the information on to Mr. President. I would prefer this person to contact the president or me. We can draw the consequences when we have a person who will testify that such an event happened. With all due respect, the probative value of your presentation is nonexistent. We do not know when and we do not know who – said the starost.

The president of PKS definitely defended his employees.

– I will defend my employees and if someone does not prove that such a situation took place, I think that it does not exist – he addressed the councilor Łukasz Jaźwiec. – Disseminating such information to the public by the councilor, without giving details, is acting to the detriment of the company. The townspeople are watching us and please refrain. You will have evidence, please. We will draw the consequences – added the president.

After these two statements from the staroste and the chairman of PKS, Karol Stasik revealed the identity of the person he fully trusts.

– As for the issue of not issuing tickets, this passenger was my wife, in whom I have full confidence – said the councilor. – And the information for you is so that you, excuse me, start the four letters and check how it really is. And I am a councilor and I have the right to speak on certain issues that hurt me, the councilor asked Łukasz Jaźwiec.

The issue of controlling the PKS driver with the help of the councilor’s wife was raised by Wojciech Kasprzyk.

“If someone makes a mistake in issuing the receipt, it is not an offense,” he explained Wojciech Kasprzyk. – In every Biedronka, every second cashier will make a mistake. If there is such a situation, then we go to the manager, report the matter, and do not hit the privacy at the poviat council session. In my opinion, it is inappropriate for us to speak on such topics, but we should discuss it on committees – added the councilor.

The remark about private life, which Wojciech Kasprzyk made in relation to councilor Stasik, provoked the latter to call his colleague a “bastard” during the break of the session. Councilor Stasik admits to this insult publicly, adding that Wojciech Kasprzyk belonged to this offensive term.

Wojciech Kasprzyk submitted a notification to the prosecutor’s office. He accused Stasik of publicly insulting and making criminal threats. According to Kasprzyk, Stasik was said to have screamed in the presence of witnesses, “dung, asshole, I will destroy you”.

Everyone who knows Karol Stasik from his public appearances knows that the former staroste is not very polite and that his linguistic awareness leaves much to be desired. We still remember how, in the 2000s, he embarrassed the participants of the open-air ceramics and sculptures, when he said that they were representatives of the oldest profession in the world. The councilman had pottery in mind, of course, and the first potter was to be a god who made a man out of clay.

Now he claims that calling a colleague a “bastard” was supposed to mean that a colleague of the councilor is younger than him. Will the insults directed at Wojciech Kasprzyk meet with understanding of the judiciary? Time will tell.
