Vaccines for back to school
Cabarrus Health Alliance and El Puente Hispano are teaming up to offer school-based vaccines as required by law. Available for children ages 4-18 who are uninsured or on Medicaid in K-12 and attend Cabarrus and Kannapolis schools. They must have their vaccination card so they can know which vaccines they need (whether from their country or out of state).

NC MedAssist, with the support of Atrium Health, gives you the opportunity to take home free over the counter medications.
