The National News Agency said in a report on Saturday that the number of arrivals at Beirut International Airport surpassed 225,000 as of Dec. 24.
According to the agency, 98 aircraft landed at the airport on Thursday 22 of this month, with 14,671 arriving in Lebanon that day.
Civil aviation officials at Rafic Hariri International Airport indicated that the movement of arrivals to date increased by 30% compared to last year over the same period, with expectations of an increase in the number of arrivals in Lebanon during the current week and until the end of this year.
