Croatian carmaker Rimac unveiled a few days ago the Nevera hypercar, a “beast” of over 1,900 horsepower, which reaches a top speed of 415 km / h. And the price is right – 2 million euros.

It took Rimac three years to start mass production of the new electric hypercar. The prototype version, called C_Two, was presented in March 2018 at the Geneva Motor Show.

Rimac named the new car Nevera – after strong electrical storms on the coast of Croatia, according to Autobild.es.
The refrigerator has four engines – one for each wheel – that develop a total power of 1914 horsepower. At a weight of 1,950 kg, it means a power of about 1,000 horsepower / ton.
According to Rimac, the Fridge can reach 100 km / h in less than 2 seconds and has a top speed of 415 km / h.
The range announced by the manufacturer can reach up to 550 km.
“This is the car I had in mind when I started the ‘impossible’ journey of making such a hypercar ten years ago. This machine was born to overcome and raise the bar, redefining the standard for high-performance machines. There is nothing like it “, explains Mate Rimac, founder and CEO of Rimac Automobili.
Rimac announced that it will produce only 150 copies of the Nevera electric hypercar.
The British from Carwow tested the Refrigerator in a quarter mile race – 402 meters – with a Ferrari SF90 Stradale. The electric hypercar produced by Rimac won by a landslide. He covered the distance in 8.62 and was one second faster than the Ferrari SF90. Unofficially, it is the fastest production car ever produced.
