Chalon-sur-Saône leaves the podium

The agglomeration of Chalon-sur-Saône comes fifth in the ranking dedicated to medium-sized agglomerations, and leaves the podium where it occupied third place last year. It is behind Valence, Niort, Angoulême and Laval.
