The 50th edition of the Vuelta de la Manzana started today from 9.28am with a first stage that featured 159 crews qualified to start, led by the top candidate, Alejandro Cancio with the Skoda.

With an unstable climate, in terms of the wind that runs through the Upper Valley region, these Stages in dispute are becoming a great challenge for the competing crews in this edition of the legendary test organized by the AVGR.
However, the weather alert due to the gusts of 70 kilometers per hour, were no excuse for the families fanatical of the Rally in the Upper Valley to come with their chairs to enjoy a Saturday of pure rally.

In addition to being able to observe a large number of competing cars, the difficult terrain due to the passage of the competitors was an important factor for the care of the pilots. So much so that several cars suffered major mechanical failures and others like Villagra had to abandon in this first stage, after overturning in the section of the Cervantes-Cervantes Quarry.
